Warhammer Tone Pro Seraphon Blue 5 is the lightest shade within the five-part Seraphon Blue color range. This very light teal color is intended for the final highlights on armor, fabrics, reptilian skin, magical effects, and other cool surfaces.
Lightest shade of the Seraphon Blue range
Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges of five ascending shades. Seraphon Blue 5 forms the final step in the color gradient and is ideal for the sharpest edges, highest volumes, and most illuminated details.
Use Seraphon Blue 1 and 2 for deep shadows, Seraphon Blue 3 as a central midtone, and Seraphon Blue 4 as the first highlight. Seraphon Blue 5 then provides the highest contrast.
Ideal for armor, skin, and light effects
The very light teal shade works excellently for sharp edges on armor, the highest parts of reptilian skin, and fine accents on fabrics. Seraphon Blue 5 is also highly useful for crystals, magical energy, luminous details, and cold effect colors.
By applying the color sparingly, the underlying shades remain visible, while important shapes and details are brought out particularly strongly.
Versatile Tone Pro formula
Seraphon Blue 5 can be used for layering, edge highlighting, and drybrushing. This makes the paint suitable for both precise highlights and the rapid accentuation of texture-rich surfaces.
Diluted, the color can additionally be used as a glaze to soften the transition between Seraphon Blue 4 and the lightest accents.
Use
Shake the paint well before use. Apply Seraphon Blue 5 deliberately to the highest parts and sharpest edges. Use Seraphon Blue 4 as a transition shade and limit this lightest color to the most illuminated details for a controlled and high-contrast result.
