Warhammer Tone Pro Scinari Blue 1 is the darkest shade within the five-part Scinari Blue color range. This deep blue shade is ideal for shadows, dark base colors, and building powerful blue gradients on armor, fabrics, magic, and other striking details.
Darkest shade of the Scinari Blue range
Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges of five ascending shades. Scinari Blue 1 forms the darkest starting point and is intended for the deepest shadow areas within a bright blue gradient.
Continue your work with Scinari Blue 2 through 5 to build up increasingly lighter midtones and highlights without having to mix intermediate colors yourself.
Ideal for armor, fabrics, and magic
The very dark blue shade works excellently for armor plates, robes, cloaks, and other larger blue surfaces. Scinari Blue 1 is also very useful for magical energy, crystals, runes, and other cool fantasy or sci-fi effects.
As a deep shadow base, the color provides enough contrast to make the brighter Scinari Blue shades stand out clearly.
Versatile Tone Pro formula
Scinari Blue 1 is suitable for basecoating, shading, and layering. Diluted, the paint can also be used for glazing and deepening shadow areas without harsh transitions.
As a dark undercoat for later highlights, this shade also offers a strong foundation on armor, fabrics, and texture-rich surfaces.
Usage
Shake the paint well before use. Apply Scinari Blue 1 as a dark base color or place the shade specifically in recesses and deep shadows. Then work with Scinari Blue 2, 3, 4, and 5 toward increasingly lighter blue volumes and highlights.
