Warhammer Tone Pro Plague Toad Venom 5 is the lightest shade within the five-part Plague Toad Venom color range. This very bright yellow-green color is intended for final highlights on poison, slime, monster skin, mutations, and other toxic or supernatural effects.

Lightest shade of the Plague Toad Venom range

Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges of five progressive shades. Plague Toad Venom 5 forms the final step in the color gradient and is ideal for the brightest accents and most prominent details.

Use Plague Toad Venom 1 and 2 for deeper shadows, Plague Toad Venom 3 as a central mid-tone, and Plague Toad Venom 4 as a first highlight. Plague Toad Venom 5 then provides the highest contrast.

Ideal for glowing and toxic highlights

The very light yellow-green shade works excellently for slime, toxic liquids, monster skin, and mutations. By applying the color sparingly, a striking, almost fluorescent effect is created on the highest areas.

Plague Toad Venom 5 is also very suitable as the brightest accent color for plasma, warp energy, magic, and radioactive details.

Versatile Tone Pro formula

Plague Toad Venom 5 can be used for layering, edge highlighting, and drybrushing. As a result, the paint works both for precise highlights on miniatures and for quickly accentuating texture on organic surfaces and scenery.

When thinned, the color can also be applied as a glaze to soften transitions between Plague Toad Venom 4 and the final highlight.

Use

Shake the paint well before use. Apply Plague Toad Venom 5 specifically to the highest areas and brightest edges. Use Plague Toad Venom 4 as a transition shade and limit this lightest color to the most prominent details for a controlled glowing effect.
