Warhammer Tone Pro – Plague Toad Venom 1 – 20-211
Series: Warhammer Tone Pro
Type: Acrylic paint for miniatures
Color: Strong yellow-green / toxic green
Tone: 1 of 5 – darkest shade
Content: 12 ml
Warhammer Tone Pro Plague Toad Venom 1 is the darkest shade within the five-part Plague Toad Venom color range. This strong yellow-green color is ideal for dark base coats and shadows on toxic, organic, and supernatural surfaces.
Darkest shade of the Plague Toad Venom range
Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges of five ascending tones. Plague Toad Venom 1 forms the darkest starting point and is intended for the deepest shadows within a bright yellow-green color gradient.
Continue working with Plague Toad Venom 2 through 5 to build up increasingly lighter and brighter green highlights without having to mix intermediate colors yourself.
Ideal for poison and monster skin
The powerful yellow-green tint works excellently for toxic liquids, monster skin, mutations, slime, and other unnatural details. Plague Toad Venom 1 also provides a strong dark base for glowing energy, magical effects, and radioactive accents.
The warm yellow undertone helps to keep the color vivid, even when used in deep shadow areas.
Versatile Tone Pro formula
Warhammer Tone Pro paints are developed for multiple painting techniques within the same color range. Plague Toad Venom 1 can be used for base coating, shading, and layering, but can also be applied thinned for glazing.
The paint is also suitable for drybrushing on organic surfaces and textured scenery.
Use
Shake the paint well before use. Apply Plague Toad Venom 1 as a dark base color or use the tone precisely in recesses and shadow areas. Then, work with Plague Toad Venom 2, 3, 4, and 5 towards increasingly brighter yellow-green volumes and highlights.
