Warhammer Tone Pro – Necrolith Bone 2 – 20-052
Series: Warhammer Tone Pro
Type: Acrylic paint for miniatures
Color: Light yellowish-brown / bone-colored beige
Tone: 2 of 5
Volume: 12 ml
Warhammer Tone Pro Necrolith Bone 2 is a dark bone-colored beige shade for building natural transitions between shadow and base color. The paint is particularly suitable for bones, horns, skulls, parchment, and other weathered cream-colored materials.
Second shade of the Necrolith Bone range
Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges of five ascending shades. Necrolith Bone 2 is located directly above the darkest Necrolith Bone 1, making it a logical second step in the color gradient.
Use Necrolith Bone 1 for the deepest shadows and then work with Necrolith Bone 3, 4, and 5 toward progressively lighter midtones and highlights.
Ideal for bone, horn, and parchment
The light yellowish-brown color works excellently for skulls, skeletons, teeth, claws, and horns. Additionally, the shade is very useful for parchment, book pages, old fabrics, and weathered beige surfaces.
Due to its warm yet muted appearance, Necrolith Bone 2 combines easily with darker browns and lighter cream and ivory colors.
Versatile Tone Pro formula
Warhammer Tone Pro paints have been developed to allow for multiple techniques with a single paint. Necrolith Bone 2 can be used for basecoating and layering, as well as for highlighting, glazing, and drybrushing.
In combination with Tone Pro Shading Medium, the paint can be further thinned for shades and glazes, while Blending Medium offers extra working time for soft color transitions.
Usage
Shake the paint well before use. Apply Necrolith Bone 2 as a dark base color or as the first lighter layer over Necrolith Bone 1. Then work with Necrolith Bone 3 to
