Warhammer Tone Pro Megaboss Yellow 5 is the lightest shade within the five-part Megaboss Yellow color range. This bright, warm yellow tone is intended for final highlights on yellow armor, vehicles, fabrics, and other eye-catching surfaces.
Lightest shade of the Megaboss Yellow range
Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges consisting of five progressive shades. Megaboss Yellow 5 forms the final step in the color gradient and is ideal for the sharpest edges and most prominent details.
Use Megaboss Yellow 1 and 2 for deep shadows, Megaboss Yellow 3 as the central midtone, and Megaboss Yellow 4 as the first highlight. Megaboss Yellow 5 then provides the highest contrast and the brightest accents.
Ideal for sharp yellow highlights
The light, saturated yellow tone works excellently for edge highlights on armor, vehicles, shields, and other yellow parts. By applying the paint sparingly, the underlying colors remain visible, while edges and prominent details receive extra definition.
Megaboss Yellow 5 is also highly suitable for warning markings, heraldry, and other eye-catching yellow accents.
Versatile Tone Pro formula
Megaboss Yellow 5 can be used for layering, edge highlighting, and drybrushing. As a result, the paint works both for precise highlights on miniatures and for quickly accentuating highly textured surfaces.
When thinned, the color can also be used for glazing and softening transitions between Megaboss Yellow 4 and the final highlight.
Usage
Shake the paint well before use. Apply Megaboss Yellow 5 precisely to the highest points and sharpest edges. Use Megaboss Yellow 4 as a transition shade and limit this lightest color to the most prominent details for a controlled result.
