Warhammer Tone Pro Hawkshroud Yellow 3 is the central midtone within the five-part Hawkshroud Yellow color range. This bright warm yellow hue is ideal as a primary base color for yellow armor, vehicles, heraldry, banners, and other striking details.
Midtone of the Hawkshroud Yellow range
Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges of five ascending tones. Hawkshroud Yellow 3 forms the center of this range, making it perfectly suited as a central base color.
Use Hawkshroud Yellow 1 and 2 for the deeper shadows and then work towards lighter areas and sharp highlights with Hawkshroud Yellow 4 and 5.
Ideal for yellow armor and heraldry
The bright warm color works excellently for power armor, vehicles, shields, banners, and heraldry. Hawkshroud Yellow 3 is also very useful for warning markings, flames, and other warm details.
As a central midtone, this color provides a powerful yellow base while leaving enough room for both warm shadows and bright highlights.
Versatile Tone Pro formula
Hawkshroud Yellow 3 can be used for basecoating and layering, as well as for highlighting, glazing, and drybrushing.
By combining the paint with the other Hawkshroud Yellow tones, you can build a complete yellow color gradient without having to mix intermediate shades yourself.
Usage
Shake the paint well before use. Apply Hawkshroud Yellow 3 as a central base color and work in multiple thin layers for even coverage. Use Hawkshroud Yellow 1 and 2 for shadows and Hawkshroud Yellow 4 and 5 to further build up lighter volumes and highlights.
