Warhammer Tone Pro Celestine Skin 2 is a warm pink-peach skin tone within the five-part Celestine Skin range. This second tone forms the transition between the deepest shadow and the central base color, making it particularly suitable for building up light skin tones.
Second tone of the Celestine Skin range
Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges of five ascending tones. Celestine Skin 2 is located directly above Celestine Skin 1 and helps to gradually transition shadows into midtones.
Use Celestine Skin 1 for the deepest recesses and then work with Celestine Skin 3, 4, and 5 toward progressively lighter skin areas and highlights.
Ideal for light skin tones
The warm pink-peach tone works excellently on faces, arms, hands, and other visible skin areas. As a dark midtone, Celestine Skin 2 helps keep skin looking vibrant without shadows becoming too red or too grey.
This makes the color very useful for both human skin and other organic surfaces with a warm, light tone.
Versatile Tone Pro formula
Warhammer Tone Pro paints are designed for multiple painting techniques. Celestine Skin 2 can be used for basecoating and layering, but can also be thinned for glazing and soft transitions.
With Tone Pro Shading Medium, you can create more transparent shadows, while Blending Medium provides extra working time for smooth skin gradients.
Usage
Shake the paint well before use. Apply Celestine Skin 2 as a dark midtone or as the first lighter layer over Celestine Skin 1. Subsequently, work with Celestine Skin 3 through 5 to further build up volumes, facial features, and highlights.
