Warhammer Tone Pro Blackstone Void 5 is the lightest shade in the five-part Blackstone Void color range. This very light grey tone is intended for final highlights on black and dark grey surfaces and gives armor, weapons, and technical details extra sharpness and definition.
Lightest shade of the Blackstone Void range
Warhammer Tone Pro works with color ranges consisting of five ascending tones. Blackstone Void 5 forms the final step in the color gradient and is ideal for the sharpest edges and most prominent details.
Use Blackstone Void 1 and 2 for deep shadows, Blackstone Void 3 as a central midtone, and Blackstone Void 4 as the first highlight. Blackstone Void 5 then provides the highest contrast.
Ideal for sharp highlights
The very light grey tone works excellently for edge highlights on black power armor, weapons, vehicles, and mechanical parts. By applying the paint sparingly, black surfaces remain dark, while the shape of panels and edges becomes more clearly visible.
Blackstone Void 5 is also suitable for stone, concrete, ruins, and industrial scenery to further accentuate protruding textures.
Versatile Tone Pro formula
Blackstone Void 5 is suitable for layering, edge highlighting, and drybrushing. As a result, the paint works both for precise highlights on miniatures and for quickly accentuating relief on bases and terrain.
When thinned, the color can also be applied as a glaze to soften transitions between Blackstone Void 4 and the final highlight.
Usage
Shake the paint well before use. Apply Blackstone Void 5 targeted to the highest parts and sharpest edges. Use Blackstone Void 4 as a transition tone and limit this lightest color to the most prominent details for a controlled result.
