Stones Dark Slate XXL

Base-X – Stone Dark Slate XXL – BXSTDKSLATEXXL

Base-X Stone Dark Slate XXL consists of relatively large, dark slate pieces for creating powerful rock formations, raised bases, and imposing terrain. Due to the coarse XXL size, this material is particularly suitable for larger miniatures, monsters, and scenery.

Dark rock structures with plenty of height

The angular, dark stones instantly give bases more volume and a rugged appearance. They work excellently for mountainous terrain, dungeon floors, ruined battlefields, and dramatic display bases.

Dark Slate XXL can easily be combined with smaller stones, sand, tufts, and other Base-X toppings to create natural transitions and more variety.

Usage

Glue the pieces of slate in the desired spot using hobby glue or a strong basing glue. Then, if necessary, fill in open spaces with smaller stones, sand, or other toppings for a natural look.
