Legio Custodes – Venatari Sodality – 77-05
Venatari are among the fastest warriors within the Legio Custodes. With their powerful jump packs, they can move across the battlefield at lightning speed, ignore height differences, and strike enemy units from unexpected directions.
Fast elite unit
Where many Custodes rely on heavy armor and direct confrontation, Venatari add extra mobility to the force. They are particularly well-suited for flanking maneuvers, reaching key objectives, and supporting other Custodes units in situations where speed is decisive.
Their combination of elite stats and jump pack mobility makes them ideal for an aggressive and mobile playstyle.
Specialist weaponry
The Venatari possess signature weapons that fit their fast-paced battlefield role perfectly. Depending on the chosen equipment, they can be deployed for precise ranged attacks or as an aggressive close-combat unit.
This allows you to tailor the unit to the role most needed within your Legio Custodes force.
Dynamic models
The leaping poses and large jump packs give the Venatari a striking silhouette. The models look distinctly lighter and more agile than standard Custodian Guard, while maintaining the richly decorated armor and Custodes iconography.
For painters, the wing-like jump pack elements, auramite armor, and weapon details offer plenty of room for gold, red, energy weapon effects, and subtle weathering.
