Buri Aegnirssen, also known as the Thrice-Devoured, is a fierce hero of the Leagues of Votann and the last survivor of the Emberg-Aegnir Bloc League. His name echoes as a warning among the Kin: a warrior touched by death time and again, yet always returning with even greater determination, fury, and guilt to atone for.
Fierce leader for the Leagues of Votann
On the battlefield, Buri Aegnirssen is a strong choice for players who want to give their Votann army an aggressive character. Where many Kin units rely on calculated firepower, robust formations, and industrial efficiency, Buri brings a much more personal form of violence: direct, reckless, and driven by vengeance.
He pairs well with Hearthkyn Warriors, Einhyr Hearthguard, Cthonian Beserks, Brôkhyr Thunderkyn, and other units that benefit from a hard forward push. Buri feels especially at home in armies that don't just shoot and hold their ground, but are also willing to engage in close combat.
The Thrice-Devoured
Buri's background immediately sets him apart from a standard Kâhl or Einhyr Champion. As the last survivor of his League, he carries the weight of a lost heritage. His nickname refers to his legendary ability to survive and the disasters that have failed to break him.
The model therefore has a lot of character: heavy Kin gear, a menacing combat stance, and the aura of a warrior who has been on the front lines for far too long.
