Citadel Technical paints are made for specific hobby applications. Tesseract Glow has a translucent, bright green effect that works best over a light base coat, such as white, off-white, or light yellow-green. This keeps the color vibrant and immediately gives the model a striking radiant accent.

This color is particularly popular for Necron gauss weapons, energy sources, and Canoptek constructs, but it also works great for warpstone, alchemical liquids, ghostly magic, radioactive barrels, and glowing eyes. Small details quickly stand out without needing complex OSL techniques.

Easy to combine with highlights

Use Tesseract Glow over a light base and optionally enhance the effect with white point highlights or a thin glaze around the detail. For extra depth, you can add dark green shadows around the glow, while the highest parts remain bright and vibrant.
