Citadel Layer – Ungor Flesh – 22-39
Citadel Layer: Ungor Flesh is a light, warm skin and beige tone that is ideal for highlights, soft skin layers, and brightening organic details on miniatures. The colour has a natural beige flesh-tone appearance and works excellently for skin, leather, horns, claws, fabric, parchment, and weathered fantasy details.
For light skin layers and controlled highlights
As a Layer paint, Ungor Flesh is designed to be painted over a base colour or a previous layer. The paint builds up well in thin layers, allowing you to give skin areas more brightness and definition without the result becoming too harsh or too white. Use it, for example, on faces, hands, muscles, monster skin, animal skin, and other organic surfaces.
Strong for skin, monsters, and natural accents
Ungor Flesh pairs excellently with Beastmen, orruks, cultists, barbarians, undead, monsters, and fantasy characters with a rough or weathered appearance. This colour is also very useful for light leather details, parchment, horns, teeth, bony accents, and dry earth tones on bases.
Pairs well with other skin and earth tones
This colour works excellently as a lighter highlight over Bestigor Flesh, Tallarn Sand, Kislev Flesh, or other warm skin and beige tones. For extra sharp accents, you can lighten it further with Flayed One Flesh or Pallid Wych Flesh. Thin the paint slightly and work with multiple thin layers for a smooth, matte result where sculpted details remain sharply visible.
