Citadel Layer: Baharroth Blue is a light, fresh blue-green paint ideal for crisp highlights, magical effects, and bright accents on miniatures. The colour has an almost turquoise appearance and works excellently when you want to give blue, green, or teal surfaces extra brightness and definition.

As a Layer paint, Baharroth Blue is designed to be applied in a controlled manner over a base colour or previous layer. The paint builds up well in thin coats, allowing you to apply highlights without losing details. For example, use it on armour panels, cloaks, scales, runes, lenses, crystals, and energy effects.

Great for magic, plasma, and exotic colour schemes

Baharroth Blue pairs excellently with Aeldari, Tzeentch models, Seraphon, underwater and jungle themes, magical weapons, and sci-fi energy sources. This colour is also very useful for glow effects, arcane symbols, ice accents, and sharp edge highlights on darker blue tones.

Combines beautifully with other blue and turquoise shades

This colour works well as a light highlight over Temple Guard Blue, Teclis Blue, or other blue-green shades. For extra sharp accents, you can further lighten small edges or points with an almost white colour. Thin the paint slightly and work with multiple thin layers for a sleek, matte finish where sculpt details remain beautifully visible.
