Citadel Dry: Underhive Ash is a light, dusty drybrush paint specially developed to quickly apply highlights and texture to miniatures. Its ashen grey tone works excellently for dust, concrete, stone, ruins, skulls, urban bases, and weathered surfaces with a dry, industrial look.

For quick dusty highlights

As a Dry paint, Underhive Ash is intended for drybrushing: take a small amount of paint on a dry brush, wipe most of it off, and then lightly brush over the raised details of the model. The paint primarily catches edges, relief, and texture, quickly bringing out details without having to highlight each part individually.

Great for ash, dust, and urban bases

Underhive Ash is ideal for Necromunda terrain, concrete floors, rubble, dry earth, rocks, ruins, skulls, and industrial basing details. On grey, brown, or black undercoats, this color also quickly creates a dusty, weathered effect that fits well with underground tunnels, battlefields, and abandoned factory complexes.

Useful for speed and texture

This paint really shines on models and terrain with a lot of texture, such as basing material, rocks, walls, rubble, fur, fabric folds, and weathered machine parts. Use it subtly over darker undercoats for a dusty highlight, or combine it with lighter dry colors for extra dusty accents.
