Citadel Dry: Necron Compound is a silver-grey metallic drybrush paint specially developed to quickly apply bright metallic highlights to miniatures. This colour works excellently for weapons, armour, machines, vehicles, chains, and all parts where you want to quickly create a steel-like shine and extra definition.

For quick metallic highlights

As a Dry paint, Necron Compound is intended for drybrushing: take a small amount of paint on a dry brush, wipe most of it off, and then lightly brush over the raised details of the model. The paint primarily adheres to edges, rivets, relief, and sharp surfaces, quickly giving metallic parts more depth and shine.

Great for steel, machinery, and sci-fi details

Necron Compound is ideal for Necrons, Adeptus Mechanicus, Space Marines, Ork vehicles, Chaos machines, weapons, mechanical arms, and industrial terrain pieces. Over a dark metallic base such as Leadbelcher, this drybrush paint quickly provides a convincing weathered steel or gunmetal effect.

Useful for speed and texture

This paint particularly excels on models and terrain with a lot of texture, such as chainmail, weapons, gears, pipes, engine blocks, vehicle edges, and damaged armour. Use it subtly for fine wear marks, or more heavily for a brightly polished metallic finish.
