Human teams are an excellent choice for coaches who want to learn Blood Bowl without immediately being tied to one extreme playstyle. The Reikland Reavers can build a cage, set up a short passing play, apply pressure with Blitzers, or break through quickly with Catchers when space opens up.

For beginners, this is pleasant because the team demonstrates many aspects of the game. For experienced coaches, the challenge lies in adapting your plan: against bash teams, you play faster and smarter; against agility teams, you try to gain a physical advantage.

Ball control, blocks, and quick scoring opportunities

The Linemen form the backbone of the team and occupy the line of scrimmage. The Blitzers are your key playmakers for blocks, applying pressure to the ball, and opening gaps. The Throwers ensure reliable ball distribution, while the Catchers add speed and scoring threat.
