Warhammer Age of Sigmar – Blades of Khorne – Karanak, The Hound of Vengeance – 97-64
This is a web-exclusive item - different discounts apply to it than to the regular Games Workshop range.
Karanak, The Hound of Vengeance is Khorne's three-headed hunting dog: a demonic tracker that can follow the scent of cowardice, magic, and blood across realms. While ordinary Flesh Hounds storm the battlefield in packs, Karanak is a unique embodiment of Khorne's vengeful wrath, sent to track down and tear apart his prey.
Demonic Hunter for Blades of Khorne
On the battlefield, Karanak is ideal for players who want to expand their Blades of Khorne army with a fast, aggressive, and characterful daemon monster. He fits excellently alongside Flesh Hounds, Bloodletters, Bloodcrushers, and other Khorne Daemons who put pressure on the enemy and hunt down magic users.
Karanak feels like a natural choice for players who love direct aggression, board pressure, and the theme of a bloodthirsty hunt. He is not a subtle support hero, but a predator who wants to push forward and never lets go of his target.
Also usable in Chaos Daemons
As a daemon of Khorne, Karanak is also interesting for Warhammer 40,000 players with Chaos Daemons or Khorne-themed armies. He adds a striking, compact character model to a daemonic collection and visually aligns beautifully with Flesh Hounds and other bloody Khorne units.
His three heads, muscular build, skull-like details, and collars give the model a strong presence, without it having the bulk of a large monster or daemon prince.
Painting Fun with Hide, Horns, and Blood-red Accents
For painters, Karanak offers a lot of character in a manageable size. Think deep red hide, dark shadows, black or bronze collars, pale claws, horns, teeth, and glowing demonic eyes.
The 75mm oval base provides plenty of space to enhance the hunting theme with skulls, cracked earth, lava rock, bloodstains, brass Khorne icons, or a war-torn battlefield. Alongside a pack of Flesh Hounds, Karanak immediately forms a recognizable centerpiece.
