The Baneblade is one of the most iconic super-heavy tanks of the Astra Militarum. This is no ordinary battle tank, but a mobile fortress full of cannons, armour plating, and Imperial firepower. Where Leman Russ tanks support the line, a Baneblade dominates the battlefield as a massive centerpiece around which the rest of the army can fight.
Super-heavy firepower for Astra Militarum
On the battlefield, the Baneblade is ideal for players who want to give their Astra Militarum army a true centerpiece tank. It brings immense firepower, an imposing presence, and enough threat to force the opponent to react immediately.
The Baneblade fits well into armies that work with infantry blocks, artillery, Sentinels, and tanks. While Guardsmen hold objectives and smaller vehicles establish firing lines, the Baneblade can pressure heavy targets and control large sections of the battlefield.
