The Alien Flytrap by GamersGrass is a set of laser-cut plants for bases, dioramas, and tabletop terrain. With their alien carnivorous appearance, these plants instantly add danger, color, and xenos atmosphere to your miniatures and scenery. They are ideal for alien jungles, strange swamps, overgrown research stations, and planetoids where the flora looks as deadly as the fauna.
Alien Carnivorous Plants for Bases and Terrain
These laser plants are perfect for sci-fi, fantasy, and RPG projects where you want to add a striking natural detail. Use them on bases for Warhammer 40,000, Kill Team, Necromunda, Stargrave, T’au, Tyranids, Kroot, Seraphon or Dungeons & Dragons to give your miniatures an exotic and dangerous environment.
The flytrap shape works excellent between rocks, alien tufts, purple soil, dark mud, swamp bases, crystals, and glow effects. This way, you quickly create a world that clearly isn't from Earth.
Easy to Shape and Place
The plants are supplied as laser-cut parts that you carefully remove from the sheet, shape, and attach to your base or terrain piece. By slightly bending the leaves and opening the "mouths" a bit, they quickly get a three-dimensional, predatory look.
Use tweezers for precise placement and secure the plants with a small amount of PVA glue or super glue. For extra effect, you can subtly highlight, ink, or add glossy and fluorescent accents to the leaves.
Versatile for Xenos Jungles and Dangerous Worlds
Alien Flytrap fits perfectly with Tyranid invasion worlds, Kroot hunting grounds, overgrown Necron ruins, toxic swamps, magical forests, and alien RPG locations. They are also very suitable for visually tying an army together with recurring alien plant details.
Combine them with Alien Rosette, alien tufts, shrubs, vines, rocks, crystals, water effects, and texture paints to create a colorful and menacing alien landscape.
