AK Interactive 3GEN Vermillion is a bright red-orange acrylic paint from the 3rd Generation Acrylics series. The color is ideal for miniatures, vehicles, and dioramas where you want to use a warm, vibrant hue for armor, fabrics, markings, and striking details.

Bright Red-Orange Hue

Vermillion works excellently as a base color or mid-tone between red and orange. This makes the color very suitable for warm armor schemes, heraldry, flames, and bright fantasy or sci-fi details.

The matte finish and high pigment concentration ensure even coverage and good control with the brush.

Usage

Apply the paint in multiple thin layers for a smooth result. Combine Vermillion with Light Orange or Yellow for highlights and with Scarlet Red, Deep Red, or dark brown for shadows.
