Powerful Classic Blue Tone

Ultramarine Blue works excellently as a base color for rich blue surfaces and as a mid-tone between dark blues and lighter highlights. Its strong saturation makes the color particularly suitable for striking armor, clothing, and decorative details.

The shade combines easily with light blue for highlights and with dark blue, violet, or black for deeper shadows.

Usage

Apply Ultramarine Blue in multiple thin layers for an even result. Combine the color with Sky Blue, Snow Blue, or white for highlights and with Dark Blue-Grey or dark blue for shadows.
