3gen - Ultra Matt Varnish - 100ml

AK Interactive – 3GEN: Ultra Matt Varnish – AK11252

AK Interactive 3GEN Ultra Matt Varnish is a transparent acrylic varnish for an extremely matte finish. The varnish is ideal for miniatures, military vehicles, and dioramas where almost all unwanted shine needs to be eliminated.

Very matte protective layer

Ultra Matt Varnish gives painted surfaces a flat, non-reflective finish while helping to protect the underlying paint layer. Fabrics, skin, terrain, and military models, in particular, benefit from this very matte look.

The varnish is also useful for controlling different levels of sheen within a single model and creating a consistent final finish.

Use

Apply the varnish in several thin, even layers over a completely dry paint layer. Shake well before use. For airbrush use, the varnish can be thinned with a suitable AK acrylic thinner if necessary.
