AK Interactive 3GEN Tan Earth is a warm, muted earth tone from the 3rd Generation Acrylics series. The color is ideal for dry ground, dust, leather, terrain, and weathered surfaces on miniatures, vehicles, and dioramas.

Warm natural earth tone

Tan Earth works excellently as a base color for dry earth, desert bases, and dusty vehicle details. The shade is between brown and sand, making it broadly applicable for natural and military color schemes.

The matte finish and high pigment concentration ensure even coverage and good control with the brush.

Usage

Apply the paint in multiple thin layers for a clean result. Combine Tan Earth with lighter sand or beige tones for highlights and with Mud Brown, Dark Brown, or Burnt Umber for deeper shadows.
