3rd Gen - Retarder - 18ml

AK Interactive – 3GEN: Retarder – AK11231

AK Interactive 3GEN Retarder is a special medium for acrylic paint that allows you to extend the drying time. This provides more time for blending colors, creating soft transitions, and applying wet-on-wet techniques.

More working time with acrylic paint

Retarder is especially useful for blending, glazing, and larger surfaces where standard acrylic paint dries too quickly. By adding a small amount to your paint, it remains workable for longer without the need to switch to a different paint type.

Usage

Mix a small amount of Retarder into your 3GEN acrylic paint and adjust the ratio to achieve the desired drying time. Do not use more than necessary, so that the paint retains its normal properties as much as possible.
