AK Interactive – 3GEN: Glaze Medium – AK11233
AK Interactive 3GEN Glaze Medium is a transparent acrylic medium that allows you to thin regular 3GEN colors without using water alone. It is ideal for glazes, soft color filters, subtle shadows, and controlled color transitions.
More control over transparent layers
Glaze Medium reduces the opacity of the paint and makes it possible to build up very thin, transparent layers. This allows you to gradually deepen colors, refine skin tones, soften shadows, and subtly blend shades together.
The medium is especially useful for miniature painters who want more control when layering, glazing, and blending.
Use
Mix a small amount of Glaze Medium into the desired 3GEN color until the desired transparency is reached. Then, work in several thin layers and let each layer dry sufficiently for the most controlled result.
