AK Interactive 3GEN Fluorescent Blue is a very bright fluorescent blue shade from the 3rd Generation Acrylics series. The color is ideal for energy effects, plasma, magical glow, sci-fi details, and other striking accents on miniatures and models.

Bright fluorescent blue shade

Fluorescent Blue works best over a white or very light base. Its fluorescent properties make the color particularly suitable for glow effects, lenses, crystals, energy fields, and futuristic weapons.

Work with multiple thin layers to gradually build up brightness and color intensity.

Usage

Preferably apply Fluorescent Blue over white, Snow Blue, or another very light blue shade. Combine the color with Deep Sky Blue or Ocean Blue for shadows and with white for the brightest highlights.
