AK Interactive 3GEN Ducat Blue is a muted grey-blue acrylic paint from the standard 3rd Generation Acrylics series. The color is ideal for military models, aircraft, uniform details, sci-fi surfaces and cool shaded areas.

Muted grey-blue hue

Ducat Blue combines blue with a distinct grey undertone, making it very suitable for sober, realistic color schemes. The color works excellent as a base color or mid-tone for vehicles, armor, clothing, and industrial details.

The neutral tone can be easily combined with lighter blue-grey shades and deep dark blues.

Usage

Apply Ducat Blue in multiple thin layers for an even result. Combine the color with Sky Blue, Pale Blue, or light grey tones for highlights and with Dark Blue-Grey or dark blue for deeper shadows.
