Cool Blue-Violet Hue

Blue Violet works well as a base color for purple color schemes and as a shadow color under lighter violet and magenta tones. The blue undertone also makes the paint suitable for ethereal effects, alien skin, and cold glow effects.

The matte finish and high pigment concentration ensure even coverage and good brush control.

Usage

Apply the paint in multiple thin layers for a clean result. For softer transitions, Blue Violet can be combined with Pastel Violet, Magenta, or lighter blue-purple hues.
